Important Information for All Participants of Winter Tale 2010

We would like to remind you that Winter Tale 2010 will take place from December 19th to December 30th, 2010. Please take note of the following points:

1.Plan your arrival in Moscow for December 19th, preferably in the first half of the day. If several people are traveling from your city, try to cooperate with them and arrive on the same train (or flight). This will help reduce the waiting time for those meeting you.

2.The same applies to your departure. If several people are leaving from the same city, it’s more practical to arrange group travel.

3.Plan your departure for December 30, in the second half of the day. If for any reason this is not possible, please inform the organizers in advance by calling +7 985 4270777 or emailing to info@nuckids.ru.

4. As soon as you have your tickets, inform the organizers of the date, time, station (or airport), train and carriage number (or flight number) of your arrival/departure by emailing info@nuckids.ru. This information must be submitted to the Winter Tale 2010 organizing committee by December 3rd, 2010.

If this information is not provided by the deadline, the participant will automatically be considered as not confirmed their participation, and their place will be given to someone from the waiting list.
