INFORMATION ABOUT PARTICIPATION IN THE WINTER TALE 2011

Dear Nuclear Kids participants,

The New Year is just around the corner, which means that it is high time to start preparations for the winter session of our project. The team will stage a New Year’s performance for the children of employees of Rosatom enterprises.

All participants of the project (including Nuclear Kids 2009 and 2010), aged 10 to 15 years old, who managed to finish early in the second quarter of the school year and received parental consent, can take part in the production.  

The Winter’s Tale participants are scheduled to gather on December 17-18 (Saturday-Sunday).

From December 19 to December 25 there will be staging and rehearsal process in the Ershovo recreation center.

December 26th – dress rehearsals of the performance at Moon Theater, where all performances will take place.

On December 27-28 we will show four performances!

On December 29, the participants will go home and meet in spring, when the traditional qualifying tours for the summer project Nuclear Kids 2012 will take place.

Please note that your parents’ consent should be scanned and sent to pronin@nuckids.ru.

The consent hard copy MUST be signed by one of the parents and include their contact phone number.

ATTENTION! The number of participants in the Winter Tale is limited. We need 35 people for the production, so the guest list for the winter session of the project will include those who are the first to fulfill the conditions for participation.

IMPORTANT: The event managers take responsibility for meeting of the Winter Tale project participants, cover meals and accommodation expenses during the whole period of the project. However, the parents of the participants have to pay for tickets to Moscow and back by the themselves.

Sample of consent:

“I, (first name and family name), give my consent to my child, (first name and family name), to participate in the project Nuclear Kids, which is organized by Autonomous Non-Profit Organization Nuclear Industry Information Center from December 17th, 2011 to December 29th, 2011 in Moscow. I confirm that all issues related to the completion of educational process of my child during the second quarter of the current school year in the secondary school where my son (my daughter) is studying have been settled. I will pay for the transportation of my child to Moscow myself.

Please also include your child’s height, weight, and clothing sizes in the consent form.

INFORMATION ABOUT PURCHASING TICKETS.

When buying tickets, please note that the date of arrival in Moscow is December 17th, the date of departure from Moscow is December 29th.

In case a kid arrives in Moscow earlier than December 17th or departs later than December 29th, we ask you to organize his/her stay in Moscow independently of the program.
