Dear Russian participants of the Nuckids 2013 Project,

I am happy to inform you that we are waiting for you on July 6th, 2013 in Moscow. We are excited to see you in Moscow on July 6th, 2013. Please plan your arrival between 6:00 and 12:00 Moscow time. If you are traveling by air, please consider Sheremetyevo as your priority airport of arrival (not mandatory, but a priority).

In order to arrange your meeting, we need exact information about your arrival.

For this, by July 1st, we need to receive the following information from you at the email addresses pronin@nuckids.ru and dasosulnikov@rosatom.ru:

1. Last name, First Name

2. City of residence

3. How will you arrive (by air, by train, on your own)

4. Date of arrival

5. Arrival time

6. Arrival airport (arrival station)

7. Flight number, airline (train number, carriage number)

8. Phone number that will have a connection at the time of arrival.

The meeting format is as follows: children arrive, get out of the train cars (arrival hall), we pick them up immediately (specially instructed people with NucKids signs will meet children). Then we take them to the Park Inn Sheremetyevo Airport hotel, where we all gather and fly to Budapest the next day.

In case your child has not met ANYONE call the emergency phone number +7 985 4270777, Pavel. I will be in touch and we will quickly solve all issues. A HUGE REQUEST! Children MUST know this phone number and use it for all unforeseen situations.

If you are arriving on your own and do not require a meeting, please be informed that the gathering of all participants will take place at the Park Inn Sheremetyevo Airport Hotel,

located at International Highway 1, Khimki, Moscow. The gathering of participants is scheduled for 14:00. You can reach the hotel on your own by taking the Aeroexpress train to Sheremetyevo Airport. Trains depart from Belorussky railway station in Moscow every 30 minutes.
