On the 10th of August Sosnovy Bor met the participants of the project “NuclearKids” with many-coloured balloons, loud music and mass sport contests. The children’s concert tour coincided with the Builder’s Day, that is celebrated in the satellite-city of the Leningradskaya nuclear power-station. If there is a holiday, we should definitely take part in it. Especially because the “nuclear” artists were invited to open the concert on the main square of Sosnovy Bor, where the group “Marsel” and singer Ingrid were performing.
According to the words of the director of the Leningradskaya nuclear power-station Vladimir Pereguda, the Builder’s Day is a special holiday for the inhabitants of this city. Thanks to the large Komsomol building of the nuclear power-station near Leningrad 40 years ago, the cosy city Sosnovy Bor was founded. Nowadays the future of the city is also connected with the building industry – with the Leningradskaya nuclear power-station-2.
“I’m congratulating all inhabitants of Sosnovy Bor on this wonderful holiday. And of course such talented people can have only talented children. Now the “stars” of Rosatom, who amaze not only our cities, but also the foreign stages with their talents, are going to perform for you”,- the director of the Leningradskaya nuclear power-station declared the performance of the children.
“I wonder if we’re going to mess it up? So many people are here, it’s rather scary to perform in front of such audience”,- Polina Saveleva worried.
But when the demonstration of the video about the project with the extracts from the musical performances began, the children were immediately recharged with energy. The members of the organizer’s team, the manager of the project Anna Trapeznikova, who came to support the children, were singing the best hits together with the dancers. Nadya Molokanova and Egor Kashcheev, who were standing in the fan-zone, proved that they’re really devoted to this project.
Having been charged with positive emotions and friends’ support, the children appeared on stage and demonstrated the technique of the professional dancers and the acting talent of the musical’s stars, that have rocked the sleepy audience.
But the dancers from Angarsk received their best award after their return to the rehearsal at the house of culture “Builder”. “How are you?” “How was that?” “We were missing you!”- other participants of the project hugged the Angarsk dancers, that were absent only for one hour.
As we can see by the smiles of the “nuclear” dancers, it was much more important for them than the five-thousandth square, crowded with people. But the five-thousandth square isn’t bad as well.
