THE NUCKIDS 2012 PROJECT NOW HAS A PRODUCTION DIRECTOR

Dear participants of the NucKids 2014 Project and their parents,
We would like to draw your attention to the following information:
1. The date and place of meeting of all Russian project participants is July 5th, 2014, St. Petersburg. The project team will meet the children at Pulkovo airport and the railway stations of St. Petersburg. Please note that parents of the project participants pay for all travel expenses from the place of residence to St.Petersburg and return from Moscow (after the end of the project) these are not covered by the project team.
2. Please, if possible, arrive in the first half of the day, i.e. from 6:00 to 13:00 on July 5th 2014.
3. Date and place of the end of the project is August 17, 2014, Moscow. Please buy return tickets on this particular date! Please note that the checkout time is 12:00, so please take this in mind when buying the return tickets.
The preparatory stage of the project this year will take place in Leningrad region in Repino village at leisure club ForRestMix. After that, the premiere of the musical will take place in St. Petersburg, Chelyabinsk, Yekaterinburg, Brno (Czech Republic), Bratislava (Slovakia) and two performances will take place in Moscow.
5. For a comfortable stay the child should have with him/her:
– sports suit and closed sports shoes (sneakers, tennis shoes);
– windbreaker, jeans;
– shorts, T-shirts, undershirts – 2-3 sets;
– baseball cap, headscarf or sun hat;
– elegant clothes for evenings of rest;
– swimsuit, swimming trunks, shoes for the beach;
– underwear, socks;
– toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, washcloth, shampoo, body cream;
– sunscreen/oil;
– comb, manicure set/scissors, toiletries;
6. There are special laundry rooms with washing machines in the accommodation hotel, where centralized laundry will be organized.
7. The organizers STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT TO TAKE the following items with you:
– expensive audio, video equipment;
– expensive clothes;
– expensive shoes and perfumes;
– jewelry made of gold, silver, platinum and precious stones.
– roller skates and skateboards.
8. Please note that teachers DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO STORE any of the above listed items.
9. Regarding cell phones. It is strongly recommended to research the tariffs of your cell phone operators before you leave. For our part, we would like to draw your attention that the organizers do not provide mobile services to the project participants. During international tours, we will have a separate phone for incoming calls; its number will be published later.
10. Regarding money. It may be needed for personal use only, to purchase souvenirs and small things. During tours in the European Union (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Austria), local currency may be required. The project coordinators will assist kids in exchanging currency for local money, however, remember that the coordinators and employees of the project do not have the right to take valuable things and money from children for safe keeping. Please keep this in mind. We remind you that children will be fully supported throughout the project. Children will be fully supported for the duration of the project
