Arrival and departure. Important information.

Dear participants of the Winter Tale Project!

Please read the arrival-departure information for the project.

The project will start on December 16th, 2015 and end on December 28th, 2015. Accordingly, it is best to arrive on December 16th, starting at 6:00 Moscow time, but preferably no later than 12:00. Please plan your departure for December 28th, starting at 10:00 Moscow time.

In case a kid arrives in Moscow earlier than 06:00 on December 16th, we ask you to organize his/her stay in Moscow independently of the program.

In order to arrange your meeting, we need exact information about your arrival. For this, by December 3rd, 2015, please send the following information to the email address PVPronin@rosatom.ru

ARRIVAL

1. Last name, First Name

2. City of residence

3. How will you arrive (by air, by train, on your own)

4. Date of arrival

5. Arrival time

6. Arrival airport (arrival station)

7. Flight number, airline (train number, carriage number)

8. Phone number that will have a connection at the time of arrival.

DEPARTURE

3. How will you leave (by air, by train, on your own), if you do it on your own, you must specify the full name of the person who will pick you up from the hotel.

The meeting format is as follows: children arrive, get out of the train cars (arrival hall), we pick them up immediately (specially instructed people with NucKids signs will meet children). Then we will bring them to Holiday Inn Simonovsky, where we will all gather and the next day preparations for the New Year’s Eve performance will start.

In case your child has not met ANYONE call the emergency phone number +7 985 4270777, Pavel. I will be in touch and we will quickly solve all issues. A HUGE REQUEST! Children MUST know this phone number and use it for all unforeseen situations.

In case you arrive on your own and do not need a meeting, we inform you that ll participants gathering will take place in the hotel Holiday Inn Simonovsky (Moscow, Simonovsky Val Street, 2, Proletarskaya or Krestyanskaya Zastava metro station) The gathering of participants is scheduled for 14:00.

The meeting format is pretty much the same. Those who are picked up by themselves should be taken from the hotel strictly before 12:00 on December 28th. We will accompany those who are not accompanied by anyone. If it is a train, we will escort kids to their place in the train car; if it is the plane, then we will bring them to the airport and take them to the departure zone.

If any of the participants plans to stay in Moscow after the end of the project, he/she will have to bring with him/her a NOTARIALLY certified parental consent in the name of an adult residing in Moscow or Moscow region, who is responsible for this participant after the end of the project Winter Tale. Other options for the Winter Tale participant to stay in Moscow after the end of the winter session of the project 2015 are NOT CONSIDERED.

I would like to draw your attention to the changes in the list of necessary documents for participation in the project. ALL project participants under the age of 18 MUST bring:

1. Identity document (passport or birth certificate)

2. Policy of obligatory medical insurance
