Schedule of the NucKids 2018 regional selections

The schedule for the regional selections of the X International Creative Project for Children Nuclear Kids 2018 has been finalized.

The selections will be held:

March 12 — SAROV. Venue: House of Scientists, 34 Oktyabrsky Prospekt. Time is from 11:00 to 17:00.

March 13— NIZHNY NOVGOROD. Venue: the Nuclear Energy Information Center, 7b Semashko str. Time is from 11:00 to 16:00

March 15 – BALAKOVO. Venue: 74 Leonova Naberezhnaya (building of the Antares Center, opposite the Balakovo NPP Information Center). The event starts at 12:00.

March 16 – ZARECHNY (Penza region). Recreation center Druzhba, 11a Stroiteley str. The event starts at 11:00.

March 20 – UDOMLYA. Kalinin NPP Public Information Center, 25 Popova str. The event starts at 14:30.

March 21 — ST. PETERSBURG. A branch of the Rosatom Technical Academy, 4 Aerodromnaya str. Pionerskaya metro station. The event starts at 12:00.

March 26 – CHELYABINSK. The Nuclear Energy Information Center, 59 Sverdlovsk ave., 4th floor. The event starts at 11:00.

March 27 — UKSYANSKOYE (Kurgan region). Dalmatovsky district, Uksianskoye village, school, 2a School lane. The event starts at 11:00.

March 29 – NOVOURALSK. 43 Pervomaiskaya st., Children’s Art School (also known as the Music School). The event starts at 11:00.

March 30 – YEKATERINBURG. The Nuclear Energy Information Center, 62 8 Marta st. (Ural State University of Economics). The event starts at 11:00.

March 31 – GLAZOV. Lyceum of Arts, 12a Pekhtin st. The event starts at 11:00.

April 04 – DESNOGORSK. Cultural Center Neutrino, the auditorium. Opening hours: from 12:00 to 16:00.

April 06 – MOSCOW. The large assembly hall of Atomstroyexport, Dmitrovskoe highway, bldg. 2, 1. Dmitrovskaya metro station. Time is from 14:00 to 20:00.

April 14 – ZHELEZNOGORSK. The administrative building of the Mining and Chemical Plant on the Severnaya st. Time is from 11:00 to 16:00.

April 17 – ANGARSK. The Dancer Theater, 33 microdistrict, building 11. The event starts at 15:00. Please specify the time of the event by phone: 8 (3955) 64-50-74

April 19 and 20 – KRASNOKAMENSK. Dauria recreation center. On April 19th it starts at 17:00, on April 20th the start is at 10:00.

April 24 – VOLGODONSK. Oktyabr Cultural Center. The premises of the former Korona cafe. The event starts at 11:00.

April 26 – NOVOVORONEZH. The assembly hall of school No. 4. The event starts at 10:00.

April 27 – KURCHATOV. Komsomolets, 13 Molodezhnaya st. The event starts at 13:00.

The information is being clarified and will be announced additionally for the cities where the venue and time are not specified. I would like to remind you that children of employees of Russian nuclear enterprises and residents of cities where ROSATOM’s enterprises are located aged 11-16 are invited to the regional selections of the X International Creative Project for Children Nuclear Kids, regardless of whether a preliminary application was submitted or not. The regional selection takes the form of an interview, during which they have to show their skills in singing, choreography and acting. Additional skills (playing musical instruments, knowledge of foreign languages, etc.) are welcome. The timing of the candidate’s speech is controlled and should not exceed 5-7 minutes.
