Arrival and departure of the participants for the Nuclear Industry Worker’s Day

Dear friends, it’s not long before our meeting. Someone has already bought tickets for trains and planes to Moscow. In order to organize a decent meeting for all participants, we need information about your arrival.

Therefore, by September 12th please send the following information to the email address PVPronin@rosatom.ru:

  1. Surname, first name, patronymic of the participant
  2. City of residence
  3. Type of travel (by plane, by train or by yourself)
  4. Airport (train station) of arrival.
  5. Flight number (train number)
  6. Date of arrival
  7. Time of arrival
  8. Carriage number (for those arriving by train)
  9. Phone number that will have a connection at the time of arrival.
  10. Full name of the accompanying person (if any)
  11. Accompanying person phone number

If it is easier for you to get there on your own, please contact us to clarify the time and place of arrival. The hotel address will be communicated additionally.

The meeting procedure is simple: you arrive at the airport (train station). At the exit from the arrival hall (train car) there will be specially instructed people with a NUCKIDS sign. Please look for them.

In case of the Airline Companion service, please contact us by phone +7 985 427 0777 shortly before departure to clarify who exactly will meet you at the airport and his/her passport details.

In case you have left the arrival hall (train car) and no one meets you – do not worry and stay where you are. Our people will definitely come. It is much easier to look for you in the places specified in advance, rather than running all over the airport (train station). If no one has met you – immediately call +7 985 4270777. The same applies to the departure. Send us the information about it by exactly same principle described above. It is best to send it in one letter, so that it does not get lost.
