Winter Tale 2019, countdown! Good afternoon, dear participants of the Nuclear Kids Project of different years! We are glad to announce that we start accepting applications for the Winter Tale 2019, which will be held from December 14th to December 30th in Moscow.

IT IS IMPORTANT

All your personal details, in addition to the Google Form, should be sent to Nikita Tkachenko’s email address. In one letter. We will announce the list of the required documents later.

Participation is open for project members of the previous years. New joiners who have not taken part in the project before are not allowed to be selected and participate in the winter project. We will be accepting applications for the Winter Tale 2019 until 23:59 on November, 24th, 2019. Shortly after that the results of the selection will be announced. The decision on the cast of Winter Tale-2019 will be made by the project administrative and creative team based on the results of ALL the sent applications. We kindly request you… Before applying for the project, please consider both your do’s and don’ts (financial issues, issues related to school, family, etc.). Important: The event managers take responsibility for meeting and farewell of the project participants, cover meals and accommodation expenses during the whole period of winter project.

IT IS IMPORTANT! This year we accept applications in an updated format.  In addition to mail, it is necessary to submit your data in the GOOGLE FORM!

All the participants of the NucKids Project who successfully and prematurely complete the second term of the academic year and receive parental consent can take part in the performance. Parental consent sent to us is considered as an application for participation in the project. The consent hard copy MUST be signed by one of the parents and include their contact phone number. ALL consents will be checked thoroughly. All alternative methods of communication (VKontakte, Skype, etc.) will NOT be considered! Sample of consent: “I, (full name), give my consent to my child, (full name), to participate in the project Winter Tale, which is organized by Autonomous Non-Profit Organization Nuclear Industry Information Center from December 14th, 2019 to December 30th, 2019 in Moscow. I confirm that all issues related to the completion of educational process of my child during the second quarter of the current school year in the secondary school where my son (my daughter) is studying have been settled. My child’s transportation to Moscow and back will be paid for by myself. Signature. Name of signatory. Date. Contact phone number (including area or mobile country code), e-mail address. The consent must also include information about the child’s height, weight, and clothing size.

Gathering of the participants is scheduled for 14:00 December 16th, 2019. Performance schedule:

Important: Date of arrival to Moscow – December 16th from 6:00 Moscow time, date of departure from Moscow – December 30th, preferably not earlier than 10:00 Moscow time.

If participants are planning to arrive to Moscow earlier than 6:00 on December 14th, we ask their parents to organize their stay in Moscow beyond the program timing. If any of the participants would like to stay in Moscow after the end of the project, it is necessary to prepare a notarized parental consent in advance, specifying the adult who will take responsibility for the participant’s further stay in Moscow. The project team is not responsible for the child’s stay in Moscow after the end of the project.
