Documents required for participation in the project

Good afternoon, dear friends!
In preparation for our meeting, we hereby announce the list of documents that you shall have upon your arrival in Moscow on July 10th.
- Passport/birth certificate (if the child is under the age of 14) 2. Health insurance policy 3. Negative PCR test result 4. Consent to travel (notarized) 5. Consent to photo and video shooting
The project participants shall also take a PCR test 72 hours prior to arrival in Moscow. After taking the test we ask everyone to stay at home!
IMPORTANT: if a child is 14 years old or older, his/her passport data is to be included in all the documents. Otherwise please provide a birth certificate. The documents (points 2,4,5) are attached to this publication.
