International Creative Project for Children Nuclear Kids has completed the screenings of the musical Winter Tale 2021.
On December 16, at the invitation of the administration of the Presidential Lyceum Sirius to attend the first anniversary of the Federal Territory, the participants and the administrative and creative group of the project went to Sochi, where they prepared a professional musical performance in 10 days. The musical, which was attended by more than 4000 spectators, was shown from December 27th to 30th. During these days, 11 performances for children of the Federal Territory Sirius were shown.
On December 29th, an online musical broadcast was held with subtitles in English and Hungarian, thanks to which the NucKids production was seen in Bangladesh, India, Hungary and Belarus.
On December 31st, the participants returned to Moscow. And on January 2nd they began preparations for the Winter Tale show at ROSATOM State Atomic Energy Corporation for children of nuclear industry employees in Moscow and the Moscow region. The musical was shown from January 3rd-6th. Before the performances, a special amusement program with Santa Claus and the Snow Maiden, master classes and colorful photo zones were organized for children.
NucKids has been setting records throughout Winter Tales 2021/22: this year’s winter session of the project lasted 22 days, from December 16th to January 6th.
In total 30 participants of the project together with the director, (Vladimir Karabanov), choreographer (Maxim Nedolechko), composer (Ilya Efimov) and teachers showed 22 performances in 8 days and brought together about 7000 spectators.
The preparation of the NucKids 2022 Project has already begun! The auditions will take place in March-April and the participants will get together again in the summer!
