Dear friends,
The set of your documents for Schengen visa should be sent by 02.07.2012 by EMS Russian Post (www.emspost.ru/ru), DHL (www.dhl.ru) or any other courier service to the Rosatom State Atomic Energy Corporation at the address 119017, Moscow, Bolshaya Ordynka St., 24; to the name of the Communication Department Director S.G. Novikov. We do not recommend sending documents by Russian Post, due to the increasing number of cases of loss or delay of documents.
If it is possible to transfer the documents by other means (in person, through colleagues or relatives) you should come to the address: 24 Bolshaya Ordynka St., Moscow (Tretyakovskaya metro station), having previously informed Anna Bystrova by phone +7 (499) 949 4746 and +7 (903) 733 7861.
List of documents (originals) required for obtaining a visa to Hungary
1. The application form (to be filled out in Russian)
2. Application form printed on both sides (the application form should not be filled in, both parents should sign it)
3. Two photos 35×45 mm (color, matte, on white background, face 80% of the photo, without corners and ovals). The photos must be new and not used for other visas.
4. Russian passport (original)*
5. Birth certificate (original)*
6. A foreign passport valid for 3 months after the visa expiration date. Two free pages must be available (original)
7. Canceled or old foreign passport, and if there is a second valid one with Schengen visas.
8. Certificate from the place of study

Consent of both parents original and notarized copy + copies of parents’ Russian passports (Notarized consent of both parents for the departure of the child to the Republic of Hungary in the period from August 10th to August 25th, 2012 as part of a group led by Amosov Vyacheslav Alexandrovich (Passport series 2202 № 322181 issued by Bolshemurashkinskiy Regional Department of Internal Affairs of Nizhny Novgorod region on August 26th, 2002. Subdivision code 522-024. Registration: Nizhny Novgorod region, Bolshemurashkinsky district, Chernukha village, Novaya street, 12 apt. 2).
The consent MUST INCLUDE THE GROUP LEADER, COUNTRY AND DATES OF STAY! We have purposely extended the dates of stay in Hungary. This is because negotiations with the host country are ongoing and the dates of our group’s visit may be adjusted.
