Dear participants of the Winter Tale Project!
Please read the arrival-departure information for the project.
The gathering of the participants of the Winter Tale is scheduled for December 15th in Moscow.
From December 16th to 21st, the staging and rehearsal stage of the project will take place at the Atomstroyexport site on Dmitrovskoye Highway.
The project participants will stay at the Novotel Adagio Ibis Moscow Kievskaya hotel.
On December 22nd, a dress rehearsal of the New Year’s event on the stage of the assembly hall of Rosatom State Corporation and the first premiere are planned.
Performance schedule:
December 23rd – at 12:00, 15:00, 18:00
December 24th – at 12:00, 15:00, 18:00
December 25th – at 15:00, 18:00
On December 26th, the project participants leave for their homes.
IMPORTANT: The hosts are responsible for meeting and seeing off the participants of the Winter Tale (in case of their arrival and departure in due time), and also pay for accommodation and meals during the whole program. Flights to Moscow and back will be paid for independently.
INFORMATION ABOUT PURCHASING TICKETS.
When buying tickets, please note that the date of arrival in Moscow is December 15th, starting at 6:00 am Moscow time, the date of departure from Moscow is December 26th, preferably not earlier than 10:00 am. Please note that the hotel is booked until 12:00 December 26th.
In case a project participant arrives in Moscow later or earlier than 06:00 on December 15th, we ask you to organize his/her meeting and stay in Moscow independently of the program.
If any of the participants plans to stay in Moscow after the end of the project, he/she will have to bring with him/her a NOTARIALLY certified parental consent in the name of an adult residing in Moscow or Moscow region, who is responsible for this participant after the end of the project Winter Tale. Other options for the Winter Tale participant to stay in Moscow after the end of the winter session of the project 2017 are NOT CONSIDERED.

The meeting format is as follows: children arrive, get out of the train cars (arrival hall), we pick them up immediately (specially instructed people with NucKids signs will meet children). Then we take them to the Novotel Adagio Ibis Moscow hotel, where we get together and start preparing for the New Year’s performance.
In case your child has not met ANYONE – the rescue phone number is +7 985 4270777, Pavel. I will be in touch and we will quickly solve all issues. A HUGE REQUEST! Children MUST know this phone number and use it for all unforeseen situations.
In case you arrive on your own and you do not need a meeting, we inform you that all participants will be collected at the hotel Novotel Adagio Ibis Moscow Kievskaya (Моscow, Kievskaya St., 2 (Kievskaya metro station). The meeting of participants is scheduled for 14:00.
The meeting format is pretty much the same. Those who are picked up by themselves should be taken from the hotel strictly before 12:00 on December 26th. Those who are not accompanied by anyone, will be accompanied by us. If it is a train, we will escort kids to their place in the train car; if it is the plane, then we will bring them to the airport and take them to the departure zone.

I would like to draw your attention to the changes in the list of necessary documents for participation in the project. ALL project participants under the age of 18 MUST bring:
1. Identity document (passport or birth certificate)
2. Policy of obligatory medical insurance
