INVITATION TO NUCKIDS FESTIVE CONCERT IN MOSCOW (SEPTEMBER 23-28, 2011)

The festive concert dedicated to Nuclear Industry Workers’ Day will take place in Moscow on September 27th, 2011. Based on the selection conducted by the NucKids project creative team, the following participants are invited to take part in it:

To participate in the festive concert, you must meet a few necessary conditions:

1. Complete all your school responsibilities.

2. Prepare parental consent (A sample text is provided. The consent must be scanned and sent to pronin@nuckids.ru. The consent MUST include the handwritten signature of one parent and their contact phone number.)

The event managers take responsibility for meeting the festive concert participants, cover their transportation to and from Moscow, accommodation and meals.

Sample of consent: “I, (full name), give my consent to my child (full name) to participate in the filming of the Festive Concert dedicated to Nuclear Industry Workers’ Day, which will be conducted by the State Atomic Energy Corporation Rosatom from September 23 to 28, 2011, in Moscow. I hereby confirm, that all issues related to the educational process at the school where my son/daughter (full name) is studying have been resolved. Signature. Date. Contact phone number (including area code or mobile operator code). Email address.” Scanned consent forms are accepted from now at the email address pronin@nuckids.ru. Please note that the host will only cover the costs related to the children’s arrival, accommodation, and meals. If you wish to send an accompanying person along with them, please be prepared to cover their travel and accommodation expenses yourself or arrange for a business trip.
