Attention! To participate in the NucKids 2012 Project, the organizing committee should receive the following information about the participants by May 5th, 2012 to the e-mail address pronin@nuckids.ru:

1. The civil passport or birth certificate information (full name, date of birth, place of birth, series, number, date and place of issue, subdivision code, place of residence). The information must be submitted electronically in Word format with the attached scanned first page and the page with the place of residence.

2. The foreign passport information (full name (in Russian and Latin, STRICTLY as in the passport), series, number, when issued, when expires). The information must be submitted electronically in Word format with the attached scanned first page and pages with visas (if any).

3. Information on clothing and shoe sizes:

– Height

– Weight

– Clothing size

– Shoe size

– Waist Size

– Sleeve length

– Shoulder size

– Hip size

All of the above should be sent to the email address pronin@nuckids.ru under the subject INFORMATION ABOUT THE PARTICIPANT. Next, you need to specify his or her first and last name and the city of residence.
