Dear Nuclear Kids participants,
The New Year is just around the corner, which means that it is high time to start preparations for the winter session of our project. The team will stage a New Year’s performance for the children of employees of Rosatom enterprises and our partner organizations located in Moscow and the Moscow region. This year, the New Year’s performance will be held with the assistance of the Cultural Center of the Russian Federal Security Service at the address: Moscow, Bolshaya Lubyanka str., 12, entrance 1.
Starting from 18:00 November 17th, 2014, the call for applications for participation in the Winter Tale 2014 Project will open.
All the participants of the NucKids Project who successfully and prematurely complete the second term of the academic year and receive parental consent can take part in the performance. Parental consent sent to us is considered as an application for participation in the project.
The consent hard copy MUST be signed by one of the parents and include their contact phone number. ALL consents will be checked thoroughly.
Please note that your parents’ consent must be scanned and sent to the email address NuclearKids@yandex.ru (to this address only!). All alternative methods of communication (VKontakte, Skype, etc.) will NOT be considered!
Sample of consent:
“I, (first name and family name), give my consent to my child, ( first name and family name), to participate in the project Winter Tale, which is organized by Autonomous Non-Profit Organization Nuclear Industry Information Center from December 23rd, 2014 to January 5th, 2015 in Moscow. I confirm that all issues related to the completion of educational process of my child during the second quarter of the current school year in the secondary school where my son (my daughter) is studying have been settled.
I will pay for the transportation of my child to Moscow myself.
Signature. Name of signatory. Date.
Contact phone number (including area or mobile country code), e-mail address.
The consent must also include information about the child’s height, weight, and clothing size.
The gathering of the participants of the Winter Tale is scheduled for December 23rd in Moscow.
From December 23rd to 31st, the staging and rehearsal period of the project will take place on the venue of the Atomstroyexport building located on Dmitrovskoye Highway.
On the 31st of December the project participants together with the project hosts will celebrate New Year’s Eve at the Holiday Inn Simonovsky Val Hotel. On January st, 2015 a cultural and entertainment program is planned for the project participants.
On January 2nd, a dress rehearsal of the New Year event is planned on the stage of the Cultural Center of the Russian Federal Security Service, where three performances will take place:
January 3rd at 12:00 and 17:00, January 4th at 12:00.
On January 5th, the project participants leave for their homes.
IMPORTANT: The event managers take responsibility for meeting and farewell of Winter Tale participants, cover accommodation and meals expenses during the whole period of the project. Flights to Moscow and back will be paid for independently.
INFORMATION ABOUT PURCHASING TICKETS.
When buying tickets, please note that the date of arrival in Moscow is December 23rd, starting at 6:00 am Moscow time, the date of departure from Moscow is January 5th, preferably not earlier than 10:00 am. Please note that the hotel is booked until January 5th.
In case a project participant arrives in Moscow earlier than 06:00 on December 23rd, we ask you to organize his/her stay in Moscow independently of the program.
If any of the participants plans to stay in Moscow after the end of the project, he/she will have to bring with him/her a NOTARIALLY certified parental consent in the name of an adult residing in Moscow or Moscow region, who is responsible for this participant after the end of the project Winter Tale. Other options for the Winter Tale participant to stay in Moscow after the end of the winter session of the project 2014 are NOT CONSIDERED.
