From letters to our editorial office…

Despite the fact that the participants of the NucKids 2015 have practically no free time, the kids find an opportunity to share their impressions about the project…

Daria Listratova from Sarov

Young artists – participants of the Nuckids 2015 Project will play in a musical about Kurchatov, and preparations are in full swing. Talented children are full of energy and enthusiasm, they are ready to create on a professional stage and enjoy it greatly.

There are creative workshops, which young actors attend during the day. Rehearsals are held in a creative environment, under the guidance of empathetic and attentive teachers. I must admit, it is difficult, but interesting. Moreover, this work is essetial for the production of the musical.

Elena Ustimenko teaches us vocal training. It is my favorite class. I am pleased to work with a wonderful teacher, we learn new exercises and songs together. Elena teaches me to breathe properly, sing beautifully and correctly, fully master my voice and use it to achieve success.

I love dancing as much as vocals, although unfortunately I do not do it professionally. Dancing is motion, and motion is life. I am very glad that I can take lessons from Maxim Nedolechko. After these rehearsals I feel emotional boost, my mood improves. As long as dancing is about beauty, style and communication with people. When you dance, there is a feeling of something unusual, of flight and admiration.

With Natalia Gorbas, a teacher of stage speech and acting, we develop our voice skills through diction and articulation exercises and work with tongue twisters. It is true that we will not necessarily succeed, but we learn a lot from such a teacher. Classes on stage speech are both work, rest and pleasure.

The rehearsals allow us to judge not only the level of creative activity of the group, but also the expertise of the teachers who invest a part of themselves in the young talents.

Irina Shcherbina from Angarsk

I really like it on the project. I have made friends with many people. All the children are very kind and talented. We play different games and attend workshops. It is great here!

Evgeny Churilov from Novovoronezh

I love it here! The atmosphere here is all about friendship. A lot of kids are here for the first time. When I look at them, I remember how I felt at that time. I feel very comfortable here, as if it was my second home. It’s very easy to communicate with the children, we are on the same wavelength. And I’m already thinking about the end of the project. I cannot imagine what I will do without my friends, I just cannot imagine! I love them all very much and I will never forget them!

The rehearsals are very cool and the teachers are cool too. When you sit at home and do nothing, you are so eager to rehearse, that you just want to get up and go. At the rehearsals it is very fun and when you practice till you drop then it is very nice to look at the results of your work. It’s a lot of fun.

I do not know what else to say, but I will say that NucKids is my most favorite feeling! I love this project.

Mister and Miss Nuckids 2015

On Sunday, July 19 in the hotel Cronwell Park Repino in addition to the usual daily rehearsals of the NucKids Project two significant events took place. First, Alisa Kozhikina visited the project; she won in 2014 in the vocal television show Voice Children on on Channel 1 in the Maxim Fadeev’s team. In the same year, Alisa with the song Dreamer took the fifth place in the final of the 2014 Junior Eurovision Song Contest. The project participants welcomed Alisa warmly and there began endless chatting. Alice came to visit us specially to see her friends – project participants from Kurchatov, where she is from. Many photos were taken together, some of which you can see on the website www.nuckids.ru, Media section.

The meeting with Alisa Kozhikina flowed smoothly into the contest of beauty, creativity and wit Mr. and Miss Nuckids 2015, which was held in several stages:

1. Self-presentation. Couples showed their homework – they sang and danced, mixing this cocktail with wit and fun.

2. Improvised dance. The couples, who were divided into two groups, were asked to improvise to different music and they took turns on the dance floor. The sound engineer would turn on the music, the couples would start dancing, and he would constantly change the music and dance styles.

3. Poetry contest. The couples had to compose a poem from the proposed phrases in a short time. Everyone coped with this task perfectly. It turned out original and witty.

During the performance, the hall was drowning in laughter. Artistry and humor were overflowing. The audience jumped up from their seats to get a better look at what was happening on stage. The kids supported all the participants without exception. Now the performances were over, leaving no one indifferent and it was time to summarize the results. The jury members briefly consulted and started the awarding ceremony. I will list the nominations and nominees: Elegance – Tigran Sargsyan and Vladislava Sukhorukova, True Romantics – Voytek Zhirka and Dominika Malechova, People’s Favorite – Dmitry Loginov and Veronika Dorofeeva, Zest – Dmitry Zezyulya and Daria Listratova, Nuckids Style – Maxim Lyzlov and Maria Shishlova, and one more special nomination from the director Vladimir Karabanov: Wild Thing – counselors Alexey Zubkov and Nadezhda Molokanova. The winning places were distributed in the following way. The 3rd place was given to the couples: Mikhail Yudin and Polina Baranova, Daniil Krysyakov and Daria Konstantinova; The 2nd place to Evgeny Churilov and Victoria Popkova; and, finally, the 1st place to Vladimir Chekhovsky and Sevilla Saryeva. The nominees and winners were awarded valuable gifts and certificates. All participants received powerbanks for phones with the Nuckids logo as gifts. In addition, the certificates were special and all different. For the 3rd place – “Certificate for a one-time trip to the store at any time convenient for the winners accompanied by personal security”, for the 2nd place – “Certificate for a professional photo session with the best photographers of Moscow and Moscow region present at the project”, and for the 1st place – “Certificate for a one-time get-up at 09:00, missing morning exercises and having breakfast in the rooms”.

Sunday’s events ended, the page has turned leaving a storm of positive emotions in the memory of the children. Fewer and fewer days remain before the main event – the premiere of the musical. Despite this, there is enough time for such exciting events on the project.
