Regional selections will be held in March – April 2013: Schedule of regional selections:

March 12th – Nizhny Novgorod

March 14th – Sarov

March 18th – Kaliningrad

March 20th – Novosibirsk

March 22nd – Seversk

March 26th – Dimitrovgrad

March 29th – Neman

April 1st – Desnogorsk

April 3rd – Balakovo

April 10th – Yekaterinburg

April 11th – Glazov

April 16th – Volgodonsk

April 18th – Novovoronezh

April 22nd – Kurchatov

April 25th – St. Petersburg

April 26th – Udomlya

April 29th – Moscow.

The selection date in Murmansk will be announced later.

Participants from the regions where selections are not held will be able to take part in the Moscow selections.
