Today our country celebrates the 81st anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War. The farther we move away from the historic days of the victorious May of 1945, the more significant they become for the fate of our country and the whole world. We will remember this feat. We will forever honor the memory of all those who stood firm in those years and gave their lives for Victory.

On May 8th, participants of the International Creative Project for Children Nuclear Kids performed wartime songs at a festive concert near the main building of the ROSATOM State Atomic Energy Corporation.

Addressing veterans and employees were Rosatom CEO Alexey Likhachev and Vladimir Ognev, Chairman of the Council of the interregional public movement of veterans of the nuclear power and nuclear industry.

The nuclear kids performed the legendary wartime songs The Only Victory We Need, Waltz of May, Immortal Regiment, and Victory Day, as well as a number from last year’s musical What Do We Know About War.
Eternal memory to the fallen soldiers. A deep bow to the veterans and home front workers for their courage, resilience, and the Victory they gave us.
