 Dear foreign participants of the NucKids 2013 project!

We inform you that this year the main part and the first tour of the project will be held in Hungary and the Czech Republic from the 6th of July till the 5th of August. Then, from the 6th till the 16th of August, a tour of the project will be held in the following cities of the Russian Federation: Tomsk, St. Petersburg, Sosnovy Bor and Moscow.

All costs of  hotel accommodation and  transfers for the  Russian and foreign participants of the project on the territory of the Russian Federation, Hungary and the Czech Republic  are at the expense of the State Atomic Energy Corporation  «Rosatom». 

There will be children from the Ukraine, Hungary, the Republic of Bulgaria, the Republic of India, the Republic of Turkey, South Africa, South Korea, France, China, the Czech Republic and the People’s Republic of Bangladesh in the project.

As to the arrangements of the Russian visas’ obtaining we inform you that the State Atomic Energy Corporation  «Rosatom» has sent an official letter to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation to support  our foreign project in obtaining Russian visas. It is expected that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will send a telexes to obtain Russian visas to the Russian consulates of the above mentioned countries next week. As soon as we get the telex number, we will send them to you via e-mail.

As to the arrangements of the Hungarian visas’ obtaining we inform you that the Director of the Paks NPP will send on the 10th of June an official letters of invitation to all the consulates of the countries concerned to provide Hungarian visas (Schengen). It is expected that at the end of the next week you will be able get the Hungarian visa. As soon as we get the answer from the Paks NPP we will send it to you via e-mail.

Please plan your visit to Hungary, Budapest on July 06, 2013. In the Budapest airport  you will be met by our representative from the Paks NPP Mrs.Tatiana Kern with a group of translators (table  «NucKids 2013″).  She will provide you with an airport-hotel transfer and accommodation in the Canada hotel, where all the foreign participants will be waiting for the main group from Russia (participants of the project, administration and creative teams) arriving on the 07th of July 2013 (in the morning). On the 7Th of July all the participants will be taken to the bus city tours and in the morning of the 8Th of July they will depart to the city of Kesthele near the Balaton Lake.
