The Winter Tale is about to begin

We’re pleased to announce that preparations for the traditional Winter Tale, which is held as part of the International Creative Project for Children NucKids have started. The Winter Tale is another opportunity for those who have come to cherish the concept of NucKids to meet again. However, we won’t limit ourselves to just a meeting. As in the previous year, we’ll be preparing and staging a New Year’s performance for the children of ROSATOM employees in Moscow. All participants of the NucKids project from 2009 and 2010 are invited to take part in the Winter Tale. The event program is as follows: December 19 – Arrival and check-in at Recreation Center Ershovo December 20-25 – Preparation for performances, rehearsals December 25 evening – Departure from Ershovo and check-in at a comfortable hotel in Moscow December 26-29 – Performances with the New Year’s show in the Great Hall of ROSATOM State Atomic Energy Corporation December 30 – Departure home. To participate in the Winter Tale, you need to meet few necessary conditions:

1. Complete all your school tasks to finish the second quarter early

2. Obtain parental consent (A sample text is attached. The consent must be scanned and sent to info@nuckids.ru. The consent MUST include the handwritten signature of one parent and their contact phone number.)

PLEASE NOTE! The number of participants in the Winter Tale is limited. 35 people will take part in the project, so you need to hurry. Another important point. The event managers take responsibility for meeting of the Winter Tale project participants, cover meals, accommodation and transportation expenses during the whole period of the project. The project participants will cover the transportation costs to and from Moscow.

Sample of consent: I, (full name), give my consent to my child, (full name), to participate in the project Winter Tale, which is organized by ROSATOM State Atomic Energy Corporation from December 19th, 2019 to December 30th, 2010 in Moscow. I hereby confirm, that all issues related to the early completion of the educational process of the second term at the school where my son/daughter (full name) is studying have been resolved. I agree to cover all transportation costs for my child’s travel to the event location and back home. Signature. Date. Contact phone number (including area code or mobile operator code).
