IT IS IMPORTANT! FAQ

 1. The date and place of gathering of all Russian project participants is July 6th, 2013, Moscow. The hosts of the project ensure the meeting of children at Moscow airports and railway stations. The project hosts do not cover travel expenses to and from Moscow. If your child arrives in Moscow by plane, please choose Sheremetyevo airport as the airport of arrival, if possible. Please, if possible, arrive in the first half of the day, i.e. from 6:00 to 13:00.

2. The end date of the project is August 16th, 2013. Please buy tickets from Moscow on this date.

5. We STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT taking the following items with you:

– expensive shoes and perfumes;

– jewelry made of gold, silver, platinum and precious stones. We will not be able to keep them safe in the children’s group.

Please note that counselors DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO STORE any of the above listed items.

6. Regarding money. The official currency of the Republic of Hungary is euro. Money will be needed to purchase souvenirs and small things. Children will be fully supported for the duration of the project, so money may be needed for personal use only. We also recommend that you provide a certain amount in Russian rubles (for the part of the project that will take place in Russia). The project coordinators will assist kids in exchanging currency for local money; however, remember that the coordinators and employees of the project do not have the right to take valuable things and money from children for safekeeping. Please keep this in mind.

7. Regarding cell phones. Research the tariffs of your cell phone operators before you leave. Some operators have unlimited incoming call services in other countries. If it is affordable for you, please use this option. For our part, we would like to draw your attention that the organizers do not provide mobile services to the project participants. However, there is a phone number, which will be listed on the website, for emergency calls. We also inform you that the hotel in Hungary, where the staging of the project will take place, will be equipped with two laptops with Internet access, especially for communicating with relatives via Skype. Free WI-FI is provided in the hotel.

For any questions at any time of day or night you may call +7 985 4270777. This is the phone number of the project coordinator, Pavel Pronin. Please do not forget that Hungary and Russia have different time zones. The time difference between Budapest and Moscow is minus 2 hours. Therefore, we kindly ask you not to call at night.
