Arrival, departure and some more important information

Dear participants of the Winter Tale 2013,

Please read the arrival-departure information for the project.

The project starts on December 18th, 2013, and will completed on December 30th, 2013. In accordance with this, we ask you to arrive on December 18th, starting at 6:00 Moscow time. Please plan your departure for December 30th, starting at 10:00 Moscow time. If you are traveling by air, please consider Sheremetyevo as your priority airport of arrival and departure (not mandatory, but a priority).

In case a kid arrives in Moscow earlier than 06:00 on December 18th, we ask you to organize his/her stay in Moscow independently of the program.

In case any of the you plan to stay in Moscow for the New Year holiday, he/she will have to bring with him/her a NOTARIALLY certified parental consent in the name of an adult, who will meet the kid HERE in Moscow after the end of the project and will host the kid for the REST of the time until the departure from Moscow. Other options for the Winter Tale participant to stay in Moscow after the end of the winter session of the project 2013 are NOT CONSIDERED. If this issue is not yet resolved, the participant MUST have tickets back for December 30th.

In order to arrange your meeting, we need exact information about your arrival. For this, by December 2nd, 2013, please send the following information to the email address info@nuckids.ru

3. How will you arrive (by air, by train, on your own)

4. Date of arrival

5. Arrival time

6. Arrival airport (arrival station)

7. Flight number, airline (train number, carriage number)

8. Phone number that will have a connection at the time of arrival.

The meeting format is as follows: children arrive, get out of the train cars (arrival hall), we pick them up immediately (specially instructed people with NucKids signs will meet children). Then we will bring them to Holiday Inn Simonovsky, where we will all gather and the next day preparations for the New Year’s Eve performance will start.

In case you arrive on your own and do not need a meeting, we inform you that all participants gathering will take place in the hotel Holiday Inn Simonovsky (Moscow, Simonovsky Val Street, 2, Proletarskaya or Krestyanskaya Zastava metro station) The gathering of participants is scheduled for 14:00.

I would like to draw your attention to the changes in the list of necessary documents for participation in the project. ALL project participants under the age of 18 MUST bring:

1. Identity document (passport or birth certificate)

 2. Mandatory medical insurance policy

3. Consent of parents (legal representatives) to the processing of personal data

4. Application for participation in the project
