We will depart for Hungary on July 5th on an Aeroflot flight at 7:05.
The date of the project’s completion is August 19th, 2019. Please buy tickets from Moscow on this date. Choose the second half of the day as the departure time, if possible.
The preparatory stage of the project will take place in Hungary, in Debrecen. After that there will be performances in Hungary and Russia (Seversk, St. Petersburg, Sosnovy Bor and Moscow).
For a comfortable stay the child should have with him/her:
– sports suit and closed sports shoes (sneakers, tennis shoes);
– shorts, T-shirts, undershirts – 2-3 sets;
– baseball cap, headscarf or sun hat;
– elegant clothes for evenings of rest and discos;
– wicker shoes, sandals with a fixed heel, shoes for the beach;
– swimsuit, swimming trunks (2 sets are better);
– 5-6 pairs of socks or knee socks;
– 4-5 sets of underwear;
– pajamas or nightgown;
– windbreaker, jeans;
– toothbrush and toothpaste;
– soap;
– washcloth, shampoo, body cream;

There are special laundry rooms with washing machines in the accommodation hotel, where centralized laundry will be organized.
Immediately upon arrival, i.e. on July 4th, 2019, all project participants will be given a set of branded clothing (sweatshirt, windbreaker and T-shirts), as well as souvenirs with the project logo. All of these will be placed in a branded backpack.
PLEASE NOTE! Due to the Aeroflot airline restrictions, as well as the large combined weight of service cargo, scenery and props, the luggage of the participants (taking into account what they will receive at the beginning of the project) is limited to a weight of 15 kg. Please also take into account Aeroflot’s restrictions on carry-on luggage.
We STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT to take the following items with you:
– expensive audio, video equipment;
– expensive clothes;
– expensive shoes and perfumes;
– jewelry made of gold, silver, platinum and precious stones (we will not be able to keep them safe in the children’s group);
– roller skates and skateboards.
Please be informed that our teachers and representatives of the administrative and creative team DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO STORE any of the above listed items, as well as money.
Regarding money. Money will be needed to purchase souvenirs and small things. Children will be fully supported for the duration of the project, so money may be needed for personal use only. It is recommended to provide some money in euros (for the Hungarian part of the project). The official currency of the Republic of Hungary is forints, but it is much easier to exchange euros for forints than rubles. The project coordinators will assist kids in exchanging currency for local money, however, remember that the coordinators and employees of the project do not have the right to take valuable things and money of children for safe keeping. Please keep this in mind. Also almost everywhere in Hungary they accept bank cards for payment (From personal experience: last year I had a cash amount in euros just in case, which I brought back home safely, because I paid almost everywhere with a card. Moreover, I had a ruble account, and the conversion rate was very favorable. Cards are accepted almost everywhere, except for street vendors, etc.)
Regarding cell phones. It is strongly recommended to research the tariffs of your cell phone operators before you leave. All operators have roaming services at least for incoming calls. As a reminder, we will be in Hungary for approximately one month. In the place where the children will stay, there will be free Wi-Fi network, but when 100 people try to join the network at the same time (and this happens all the time), it stops working 🙂 Please note that the project coordinators do not provide the telephone communication services, but for emergency there is always a phone number of the project coordinator Pavel Pronin (that is me) +7 985 4270777. My phone is ALWAYS on, and if I don’t answer, it means you need to call back in a minimum amount of time. And, yes. Don’t be alarmed. Instead of a dial tone, I have music that makes some people think something has gone wrong. Everything is fine. Just hold on. BUT! Please call me in EMERGENCIES only! Routine questions (my son-daughter-granddaughter-grandson-grandson-nephew-niece have been out of touch for TWO HOURS) are NOT emergencies. By the way, some of the past experience again. Many children constantly forget to charge their phones, leave them where they live, do not hear the call during rehearsals. This is fine. It means that children are busy and they do not have time for adults. You have to admit, it is rather good than bad In other words, you can call me or the counselors to calm down (they will also have phone numbers for communication, but of a Hungarian operator). But please relax first 🙂 In 99.9 percent of cases, if your child doesn’t answer the phone or his phone is out of range, it means that he or she just doesn’t have time for you and is busy with VERY IMPORTANT ACTIVITIES 🙂
If you have any questions, feel free to call. Or write. +7 985 4270777, +7 499 9494369. PVPronin@rosatom.ru I am available in WhatsUp and Telegram. You can also contact me via our social networks VKontakte, Facebook, Odnoklassniki and so on. We will answer, maybe not immediately, but we will for sure.
And most importantly. Our whole team is looking forward to the start of the project and exciting collaboration. In August we will show what we will be able to accomplish. Good luck to everyone!
